The team was great!!! It was amazing to see them working! They are extremely professional and also very kind and courteous. They were very good at putting me at ease; it’s a nerve wracking process but they excelled at helping me relax, which was “added value”. On top, they kept smiling while doing the hard work which was a nice thing to notice as the “witness” that I was of all this.
